Jodi Haines - Suburban Songlines: In search of the Tasmanian Toomelah Tiger

Join artist Jodi Haines on a journey via a heritage 1970's Bedford bus. Meander through suburban songlines via imagery, memorabilia, and song.

Where: Departing the main TMAG entrance

Patron Advice: This is a free event. No bookings required. Limited tickets available on-site from 1.30 pm on the dates indicated. Return bus journey approximately 40 minutes.

This event will be repeated on the following Saturdays: 13 December, 10 January, 14 February, 14 March and 11 April.

Jenni Large - Body Shells

Jenni Large is a dancer, choreographer and director. As part of Hobart Current: Here, Jenni is creating a durational performance installation work in gallery, involving plaster body casting.

When: 11 am - 1.30 pm Friday 14 and Saturday 15 November

Where: Argyle Gallery 4, TMAG

Patron Advice: Body casting involves full body nudity. Patrons under 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Video or photography of live sessions is strictly prohibited. Proximity to the art and artist is welcomed. Touching and interacting with the art and artist is not permitted. Space limits within the gallery may apply at peak times.
